A memorable experience from my entrepreneurship capstone class vividly encapsulates my professional ethos. During the class, our professor asked us to demonstrate a proper handshake, which led to a meaningful compliment. A classmate remarked, “Wow, that was really firm but delicate,” which was echoed by another, who said, “Chloe, that’s a good way to describe everything about you.” This summarizes my approach: I strive to be both bold and strong in leadership, while maintaining gentleness and thoughtfulness in all communications and relationships.
